Service requests. 1970-1993.

The service requests consist of type-written sheets containing a unique request number (including the year, followed by the particular request number of that year), a title describing the funding need, and the client soliciting LRC service. A request chronicles the consultation process beginning with the first contact, and continuing through the LRC recommendation or proposal. Requests after 1989 were generated from a computer database. There is an annual index which prefaces the requests and includes the unique request number and a short description of the organization or project requesting the consultation.
